Return Policy
- Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt.
- You can call the post office to arrange a door-to-door collection or to a post office near you for delivery. We will decide whether to reimburse you for the shipping costs based on the reason for your return. If it is our responsibility, we will reimburse you for the shipping costs. If it is your responsibility, we will not reimburse the shipping costs. If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer shall bear the shipping costs. The specific costs shall depend on the courier you choose. Reasons include:
(a)The product does not meet expectations.
(b)The color does not meet expectations.
(c)The size is too small or too large.
(d)Not reading the product description carefully.
(e)Change of mind or no longer need the product.
(f)The wrong item or quantity was ordered.
(g)The goods received are damaged or incorrect. - If you receive the wrong item or damaged item, please take a clear photo and contact our customer service as soon as possible. We will resend or refund you according to the specific situation.
- Before sending the product back, please contact our customer service to get the return address.
- If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
- If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
Return Requirements
(1)For items with no quality issue, Snugro expects the customer to return the items unused, undamaged, with the original tags and packaging material.
(2)Before shipping the items back, customers must seek approval by the Snugro customer service team.
(3)In the case of quality issues or incorrect product delivery, customers should take photos showing the problem and contact customer service for a return address.
For below circumstances, customers could contact us for return or refund:
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to our error.
- items different from the description.
- Items returned to the sender without delivery.
- Items not delivered within the agreed time.
Return Process
Please carefully follow our return process to minimize any delays:
- If you want to return, please contact our customer servicestating your:
- Order number
- SKU number or product name
- Reason for return
- Our customer service team will respond to your request within 24 hours. (In business day)
- Please return the items to the return address we provided and send us return proof in the form of the tracking number and a valid return receipt.
- Once we have received the returned item(s), we will email you and arrange refund or exchange as requested immediately.
Important Notice
- Do not return your package to the sender's address listed on the label, as it is not the correct return address. Doing so may delay the processing of your return. Please only use the return address provided by our customer service team.
- Ensure that your return package contains only Snugro items. We are not responsible for any non-Snugro items mistakenly included and will not be able to return them to you.
- We are not responsible for any return packages that are lost or stolen during transit. Please keep your return tracking number as proof when shipping your items back.
- Refund Policy
- -Any misprinted / damaged / defective items caused by our production or transportation are covered at our expense and you will get a full refund.And We will reimburse the return shipping cost
- -Your order will be fully refunded if it is cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
- -Your order will be fully refunded if it is cancelled before shipping.
- We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped.
- -If parcels lost in transit, we will cover your loss by issuing a full refund
- -If you provide an address that the courier is not able to recognize, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address (if and as applicable).
- -If you provide a wrong address when you place an order and do not contact us to change the address, you will be responsible for all the loss.
- -Items returned with obvious use, makeup, animal hair, dander, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains may be subject to denial and will not get a refund.
- Please note that processing of refunds can take up to 7 business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
How will customers get the return label?
